Yes! The whole program was filmed in a living room because it is designed to be completed in the comfort and safety of your own home.
No, you don't need a Facebook profile to participate. The entire program is offered on a platform that you will access with your own login information. The Facebook group is a bonus feature that offers weekly live calls covering different health topics, extra resources, food prep demos, additional guided movement sessions and more.
Move Better is designed as a low-impact, body weight fitness program for all levels. If you do experience pain though, please stop that particular movement, modify to suit your needs, or take a break and move on to the next movement. I would highly recommend seeing a licensed health professional to treat your injury.
I'm a huge believer that "motion is the lotion", so oftentimes clients who do have aches and pains experience less pain when they move more. Depending on where you experience pain I would highly recommend seeing a licensed health professional to treat your pain.
There are 3 sessions total to be completed each week. 2 of the 3 sessions are required to progress in the program, and one is a supplementary movement session and is optional. Each session is between 20 and 30 minutes in length.
Absolutely! Each membership is considered a household membership. However, please note that the waiver of liability is signed by the person purchasing the program.
I highly recommend having a yoga mat but you do not require any equipment to fully participate in the program. Weeks 5 to 8 start to include some basic equipment like a a light-medium hand weight or kettlebell but it's not required to complete the sessions.
Once you purchase the program, it's yours for life. While I recommend sticking to the schedule, if you need to take a break, you can. After a lengthy break of more than 2 weeks, you may want to restart the program to ensure your body is ready for the subsequent sessions.

I created this program for those who are new to fitness and need to learn the basics of quality movement patterns, are returning to fitness after taking some time off and need a reset in their routine, are recovered from an injury and are cleared exercise but need to re-building strength and those who are athletes and need that extra edge in performance that you can get from focusing on accessory work.
This program includes 24 videos that guide you through every step of the way. Detailed weekly plans are included each week that outline the sessions and give you tangible tasks, tools, and challenges. You will have access to a private Facebook group where Leanne shows up live weekly and shares bonus material, resources, and more movement routines.
